Ginkgo Trees

The ginkgo tree is a sacred tree of the East and a symbol of love, hope, and unity between opposites. It is also associated with longevity and is known to have medicinal healing powers. From traveling through China to walking through the trails at Descanso Gardens in Pasadena, CA – every time I see a ginkgo tree I have to stop and admire the unique shape of its leaves.
